Friendship : Big collective poem

I'd love to sail a ship of friends
Across a sea that never ends
Into a place where heaven sends
The best of ships and the best of friends

We live our lives from day to day
Calling on those who love to say
How are you feeling right now, today
My friend forever that's what we both say
(from Jo Joiner)

You are there for me, even when you're not here
You care for me and look out for me
You call me when you need a friend
You're my friend when I call on you

A friend is as you are
How you would treat your own self
Then this would be how you would treat all
This is a true friend seen as yourself
