Delicate Child

by Red Laces

Sweet, sweet delicate child,
Don't grind out your teeth

Don't scrape out your middle.
You are fiery, a loose cannon.
Inside your skull is a treasure chest.
Your body is your heart, open for the wicked.
Sweet, sweet delicate angel,
Go back to where you came from.
Your presence in this life is a mockery.
